I am a writer and teacher. I love art, stories with maps, and stories for kids. Science and math are great interests, especially the women who have made great mathematical and scientific discoveries throughout history, even without recognition.

I have taught young people for more than twenty-five years. I always loved books for kids better than any other literature because they ask the very hardest questions and face the truth of life straight on. I write nonfiction as well as fiction.
